Sorry for all my questions, just wanna make sure everything is correct.

1) My fiance just ordered another Birth Certificate to sent to me, since the only one he had before was from 1988 and he didn't want to sent the only one he had.

Now my question is: Will the embassy bother that the certificate I will take there is different from the one we copied for the petition?

2) My German Birth Certificate and my International one are from February. Should I get newer ones?

Thanks!

Karin was not asked to see my BC but I doubt the Consulate will care one way or the other if they ask you, and you show them a 'new/different/updated' version..

No - no expiration/validity date on them.
