Hey Girl,

I just had an interview on 24th November and would highly suggest an apartment that I stayed at. The rate is $70/night and it has a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TV in the living, 1 bedroom and bathroom. It has everything you would need such as cooking utensils, towels, etc. The website is www.cozyaccommodations.com and the owner's name is Mark Alexander. His phone number is available on the website. If you decide to go with this option, let him know that I referred you. I hope it works out and Good luck on you interview!!!

Sanhurst, aka The Prestige, has rooms as low as $40-something (as of September). We were in the next priced room (I think it was between 60 & 70). I wouldn't recommend staying there for long (unless you get a bigger room), but for the one night before the interview, it was fine.

There's an entire thread (started by Marlita) that talks about hotels near the embassy. Let me see if I can find & bump it.

November 19, 2007 - Met

November 25, 2008 - Engaged

November 25, 2009 - Married

November 24, 2011 - Baby due!
