How and where can one report marriage fraud?

So what did your cousin say when you spoke to him?

The families do not like the girl using him. Anything you are telling him, he is not listening. Like Sara said, I will be there when it falls apart, but not for him or her. It appears to be difficult to stop since my cousin does not care what the families are saying. The only problem is that he is going to be avoided by the families.

If this is what he wants to do, then it is really none of your business as far as I can tell. If you want to stir up trouble anyway, then call USCIS. There is no reason to discuss this further.

 Listen. Seriously. If the cousin decides to petition this woman, there is nothing you can do about it. ####### off. He is obviously made his choice, and he would rather marry this girl than hang out with you guys. Behave like adults and let him go.

p.s. I personally think you are a troll and this story is made up.

Why are you asking where you can call to report a marriage fraud? Your cousin is not married to her yet and also, i think you are not the cousin. Either a troll or a jealous woman, an ex maybe.

Hi,

I have been searching for phone number or address to report suspected marriage fraud.

I have a cousin (USC) that a foreign national (girl) has been tricking into marrying her for the purpose of coming to US. My cousin's family know quite well that the girl is tricking my cousin, they want to stop the girl's intention of using my cousin for the purpose of coming to US. I don't personally have any issue if the girl wants to come to US, but she should not use my cousin.

The girl printed wedding card without my cousin's knowledge and downloaded his online pictures to make picture album in preparation for embassy interview. My cousin is not aware of all that the girl been doing neither do my cousin's family. They met once about two years ago when my cousin traveled. The girl has been bragging around town and to her friends that she is only interested to go to US. She told her close friend who happens to be a friend to my brother's girl friend that she is going to dump my cousin after she get her green card in US. My cousin's family is against the marriage and my family too also is against the marriage since we learnt that the girl just want to use my cousin.

If she succesfully tricked my cousin to marry her, the visa processing center would be Vermont.

Can someone please tell me how to stop this gold digger from using my cousin?

Thank you

Tony

Not much the girl can do if your cousin doesn't file a petition. You trolling?

Ah yes, true. Didn't even think about that. The original poster's post sounds a little suspicious. Either that or he is misinformed on multiple fronts.

My cousin is being tricked, he maybe aware what the girl is doing but the entire families are against the girl's trick. For the fact, that the girl has been telling her friends her intention.

there is nothing you can do but give your opinion.....you are not the one who is in that relationship and whether or not it has a bad intention, it will be your "cousin's" problem and not yours. Im pretty sure he is old enough to decide for himself.

I sympathize with your concern about your cousin. Right now as he has no petition in the works for her there is no immigration fraud underway. If she convinces him to petition for her and you have proof that she is committing fraud, you can bring this to the attention of the Department to Homeland Security. Not liking someone is not enough evidence and you will really want to be careful that you don't accuse someone falsely. There is a link in the Terms of Service of VJ about how to contact them:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...&page=terms

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT FRAUDULENT OR ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION ACTIVITIES

VisaJourney.com does not condone immigration fraud in any way, shape or manner. VisaJourney.com recommends that if any member or user knows directly of someone involved in fraudulent or illegal activity, that they report such activity directly to the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement. You can contact ICE via email at Immigration.Reply@dhs.gov or you can telephone ICE at 1-866-347-2423. All reported threads/posts containing reference to immigration fraud or illegal activities will be removed from this board.

One other suggestion, just to be safe of course. Tell your cousin to send ALL his money to me and sign over all assets to me. Then he has no "gold" to dig and he will be very safe. My wife, who has a proven track record of NOT being a gold-digger will use the funds wisely and will not dump me, as if she would do that she already would have. she has her green card already and is still here and even went home to Ukraine for a visit and returned. So your cousin's money is safe with us and he will never have to worry about gold-diggers again. In fact, maybe your whole family could send all their money to me and everyone would be safe. It sucks being wealthy, I know, but I have been able to deal with it so far. Some people can't be trusted with all that money.
