Video chat program

Luz and I have been using Yahoo chat but I am gettin fed up with them. What is a good alternative? We want to have a program that has voice (with a push to talk button, we both have hand's free mics) and a video window that can go bigger than a postage stamp.

I use msn and it works pretty good.. I would do skype but my fiance refuses.. not sure why .. she doesnt like skype

alternatives are msn and skype, although msn frequently kills the video conference. dunno why people would not like skype though

Although MSN is a b!tch, you can do a video with voice thing, and it's got this lovely feature I like to refer to as "fullscreen". It's awesome if you've both got the mics, becuase you can just sit and almost have a real face-to-face conversation. Haven't tried skype's video. I like it better than yahoo for video anyway.

Has to be Skype. I've used it for both audio and video and it works great! You cann resize the video window to full screen and even see yourself in a 'Picture-in-Picture' mode Never had any problems losing the video feed.

To be honest, from what I have heard, Skype is becoming more and more popular.

Thanks guys, looks like it's Skype or MSN. I haven't tried Skype yet and MSN just confuses the hell out of me so I think we will give Skype a try. She is going to try a different ISP soon. The DSL she has now sucks big time. Hopefully a faster connection and a different chat program will make a difference. I just took a day off to chat with her and her DSL was down all night! God I will be glad when she is here and we can dispense with the computers all together!
