Originals Versus Copies at Interview

My fiancee has an interview at the Moscow embassy. Should I give her original documents to give the consulate (NOA2, NVC letter, airplane tickets, boarding passes, and other relationship documentation) - or should she give the consulate copies of everything but have the originals with her in case they ask for them? Or should I simply keep originals safely tucked away and simply give my fiancee copies of everything? What is required in Moscow?

Thanks

I understand that the consulate will need to see originals of her birth certificate, marriage license, police reports, etc. . . . but does that also hold true for relationship documentation and CSC/NVC correspondence, as I presume we will not get these originals back? (although if we are approved, I suppose I won't need that stuff again).
