You need to provide evidence of your relationship between your meeting in person and the time of your interview. It sounds as though the CO is querying whether you married just for convenience in order to immigrate. She isn't sure that while waiting for your visa interview, you and she have been keeping in touch and growing your relationship despite the distance.

How long did you know each other before getting married and how long ago did you get married?

What evidence of the relationship did you take with you to the interview? Did the CO look at any of it? You should send all of the evidence you took with you again, even if she saw it all and then add more to it.

How do you communicate with each other when you are apart? For example, we use the telephone (use call logs for evidence) instant messenger (print chat logs for evidence). Some couples email (print these out for evidence) or write letters and mail them (copy the letters and the envelopes with the postmark on). Do you send each other little gifts by mail or by purchasing online? For example, I could show that I bought my guy a subscription to his favourite UK movie magazine for valentine's day last year. I signed up online and paid with my card but had it shipped in his name to him.

Have either of you traveled to see each other since getting married? Did you provide evidence of the trip(s) if so?

Please don't use caps when you write. It makes it very hard to read and is the same as shouting :)

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

AOS mailed - Interview : 22 November 2010 - 10 March 2011

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017

First at all thank u so much for replay

The evidence i took with me to the interview is (emails , our chatting , mails and post cards, pics ) she just looked at the emails chatts and mails but in so hurry way it seem like she didnt read any . The pics she didnt even ask about it and she didnt saw it.

about my realationship : we know each other since Nov 2005 and get married in july 2007 and till now we r in touch by phon call sms and email mails chatting sending each other gifts and my family and her family do the same for us but the problem is my wife dont have enough time to come visit me but in end of Dec 2009 my wife will visit me for 10 days this is costly as everybody know and i think we will speen our money which we keeped to fix our house and make it ready for the family .

Now i know the CO sent our case back to us and i dont know what to do it get more harder i dont know why they didnt understand it .

I am waiting for any response to help me in this journey

thank you so much
