I keep odd hours too... I prefer to edit my photos at night when there are no phone calls, it is dark and I can see the images better and there is no-one ot bother me... In between rendering the photos I check VJ during the processing time... I go to sleep around 2 AM, then I am up by 10 and my daytime is spent doing my marketing, calling clients etc..

I am a really good cook, I used to want to be a chef but I hate to sweat so I could never work in a kitchen!!! I got a bread machine for Christmas and LOVE making fresh bread!! YUMMMM. Just made a Maple Buttermilk loaf today, great for French Toast!!! HUbby is really happy with that gift!

He LOVES my cooking. Everyone warned me about marrying an Italian and their attachment to momma's cooking, but luckily my mother in Law is a terrible cook (seriously, a BAD Italian mom cook!!!) so luckily my cooking is MUCH better than hers!!! In fact, I do all the cooking when we are over in Italy too!!!

Oh ya, forgot, gotta say something immigration related... Any interview assignments????

Yumm Christeen I love the smell of bread baking!!! I love my bread machine but I have a couple of recipes that I have to do by hand... That is one thing I am happy about my husband, he LOVES bread!!!

My MIL has ADHD so she does not remember what she put in the food or did not and she gets sidetracked so everything is always burned, or dried out, or not seasoned properly... But her kitchen in Italy is a complete DISASTER (as is the whole house) so luckily my husband does not have high expectations!!! LOL...

For Christmas I got the bread machine AND a Wii Fit and exercise program... Kinda like buying Nicorette and a pack of smokes!!!
