Do you have to travel far too Mal?? I see Orlando is your place in USA...Whoo hoo Disney!!

I'm the USC. :P We live in Vancouver, BC, though, so yes, it's a 5.5hr flight for hubby to go to Montreal.

I could, but in the end, it's more cost effective if I just do both in Montreal. That and I have a friend in Ottawa I can crash with. xD

Pfffft.

I am the Petioner and my wife is the benfecary, in the DS-230 Q#14 does my wife has to write the spouse as my name and Q#15,16,17 & 18 fathers name and all is that mine or my wifes. I have written spouse as myself and @#15,16,17 &18 her father and mother information

Ok Ishazi the best way to remember the ds-230 is that this application is for your wife(beneficiary) application for immigration. So in Q#14, she is to put your name in there since she is completing the form. From Q#14-18 is about the Petitioner (you) and then the rest is about her mother and father's information.

Even if you are the one filling it out, it is still her(beneficiary's) application for immigration.

Hope this helps!!

Will you be living in Orlando when you come to the USA?

There are alot of people out there who give you help, just make sure it's what you need!! My husband keeps telling me stuff people are telling him in Egypt, but I keep telling him not to worry about it because usually the info he is getting is either for a different kind of Visa or from a different country!!
