Hey folks,

Just a quick update, I have paid the IV fee and have filled out all forms, but just waiting for wife's new passport page(old one expired) which I should have by the end of this week, hopefully case complete by the next round of interviews in feb, probably too late for jan since they schedule the second week of the month. But my NVC journey is nearing the end.:star:

Hi Abbie~~I hope you feel better!! Yes he has that and also I am making him take the copies of the I-130 too! Plus because I have heard that they have been asking for it, I sent him my original copy of my divorce from my previous husband. I also heard that the consulate in Cairo was asking for a letter from my bank to show that I have regular deposits in my account so I am going to get that too. Hey, better be safe and have too much than not enough!!

And_Sam what do u mean regular deposits....

You know Ishazi, I'm not quite certain what in the world he is talking about. I think what is happening, too many people are telling him what he needs to bring to the interview. If we were doing the K1 or K3 visa, then he would need all the documents we sent to the NVC. Including the IRS documents and any assets we might have used (didn't need to because I was over the poverty limit). So I am slightly confused on what he is wanting. I don't think he meant to show proof that he is on my bank accounts because doesn't he need to be here to be added on to the accounts????

Anybody??

This sounds like a question that Christeen would know the answer too!!! :star:

andrea, maybe those people are thinking that you send your hubby money regularly thus, telling him to send your bank accounts to show that you do?:wacko:
