Hey guys im kidda worried about something I went to pay the IV bill a couple minutes ago and when i finished putting in my info and i clicked "Make Payment" it took me to a page that says "Explorer cannot display window" So i clicked back and it went to the NVC payment potrol page and it said "there was an error we cannnot countinue with the payment" so i logged out and logged back in but now it says "IV BILL- IN PROSSES"

will it work or will there be a problem?

I dont wanna be charged twice.

Ugh im worried now.

I called NVC and the lady was like I dont see it here but it takes a couple days to show up. And she's like if it says in progress it should work"

But idk theres No way i could be charged twice right?

Hi Muslimqueen!

good Morning from the Philippines!

I would suggest to wait after 2 days if its gonna show PAID or not. I would not do anything at the moment to avoid paying $400 twice.

Thanks

well that all i can do there is no option to Pay again. I just hope it will go threw.:unsure::unsure:

Thank you so much for your assistance Muslimqueen and christeen, I really appreciate your help and you helped me a lot with my questions. I think we really need a co-sponsor, I just hope my husband will meet the 2009 poverty limit for the 2 of us. But thank you for all your help, I think i need to search now on the things that the co-sponsors needs to prepare.

good luck for the month of december!!!

Hopefully it's all quick from here. :) I'm glad to see everyone here moving along.

My husband and I are more than likely going to expedite our interview date if we can...he keeps getting deployed everywhere, but on his next deployment I can go with him. :)! April 2010 or bust!

haha, no. We're going to get it expedited for an earlier date. I really hope that you and your husband are reunited soon, I don't wish this kind of waiting on anyone! Haha. :) Just try and get everything in ASAP. I sent in our AOS and IV package together and we got a case complete a week after the NVC had received our files!

And heck, dream! If we weren't meant to dream and wish then we wouldn't. Haha. :)

Also you need to include these....

Petitioner’s Original and Copy of Birth Certificate

Petitioner’s Original and Copy of Marriage Certificate

NVC Case Number, beneficiary’s full name, and date of birth are written on back of both photos...

You can also check the below link...

Good Luck with the process. Thanks, Raj

hey guys i will be joining this thread too :)

i have a question about the IV package. this is what's gonna be inside my package:

• Coversheet with barcode (still waiting to show PAID online)

• Personal cover sheet

• Two (2) 2x2 pictures with white background (case#, name and DOB at the back)

• DS-230 Part 1 completed and signed by beneficiary

• Attachment for DS-230 Part 1 Item#32

• DS-230 Part 2 completed by beneficiary – unsigned, as of yet, per instructions

• 2 pcs photocopies of the Biographic Data of beneficiary’s new passport

• NSO Certified Marriage Certificate

• 2 pcs photocopies of NSO Certified Marriage Certificate

• Certified Birth Certificate of the beneficiary

• 2 pcs photocopies of Certified Birth Certificate of the beneficiary

• Original Police Clearance

• 2 pcs photocopies of Police Clearance

• Original NBI Clearance

• 2 pcs photocopies of NBI Clearance

is this good? am i forgetting something?

i appreciate any help. thanks! :)

Thanks for providing the link! I didn't realize there's a photocopy requirement too.

"In addition to sending the original documents or certified copies of the documents to the NVC, the applicant and each accompanying family member must submit a photocopy of the original documents or certified copies of the documents."

Anyone know whether the photocopies get sent with the AOS & DS-230 package or just to have available during the interview?

Oops!!! I made photocopies of all the originals, but I kept them just in case, and my husband asked if he needed to send copies and I said no. Ah well, if they don't RFE them I'll take them to the interview instead, although ultimately I'm not really that fussed. My marriage and birth certificate were ordered specially for this and I have other, original, copies, and as for my police certificate - I don't need it and I don't think anyone else does either!

I don't want to be a wet blanket, but I've learnt the hard way not to get my hopes up...by Christmas is probably more realistic, that's if they don't slow down in time for the holidays!!

I'd better go to bed (it's past 2am here) as in 12 hours I have my medical...one step closer to finishing :-)
