Ugh my (AOS) was set to arrive at NVC today by NOON its 4 and it's still not there what the heck. Tommarow there closed right? Now if it is sent tommaorw nobody will be there to sign. :(

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

12-01-10: Embassy Calls Husband To Send In Passport Finally After Almost 9 months Of AP!!

Yeah, my hubby. :)

They told me it is gerantied to be there today. I did not pay $20 to get there at the same amout of time as people who pay $4 :angry:

I called them and there like they run till 6pm its 5:30 now In NH -_- And there like if it not there by 12pm tommarow for me to call. Im like are you kidding me. I have so bad luck with mail lol i cant belive it you seed something Experess and yet still its delayed! I told here is it lost cuz its important documnets!

This is what it says

Your item was delivered at 11:56 AM on December 23, 2009 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 to VISA . The item was signed for by N VISA.

Why dose it just say it was delivered to VISA? and why did it just update if it was there since 11:56?

2008/07/29 - Marriage

2008/08/23 - I-130 sent

2008/08/25 - Delivered @ Chicago

2008/08/28 - NOA1 (VSC)

2008/12/11 - We moved to Israel

2008/12/22 - Case tranfered to CSC

2009/01/13 - NOA2 approval

~143 days for first I-130~

Case is stuck at USCIS, they are expecting us to adjust status in the US. Will refile I-130 instead of I-824

2009/06/28 - Withdrawal letter sent for prior I-130

2009/06/28 - I-130 sent

2009/06/30 - Delivered @ Chicago

2009/07/02 - NOA1 (CSC)

2009/07/06 - Check cashed

2009/07/12 - Hard copy NOA1 received

2009/08/12 - Received confirmation of withdrawal for prior I-130

2009/08/28 - NOA2 Approval

~58 days for second I-130~

If i get case complete Around January when would i most likey get my interview? I wanna try to be there with my hubby for the interview.

Yeah, that is just an example to what you can put on there. I kind of doctored up the form for my needs too. In fact one of them I read was more for a I-129f cover letter status.

Just put on there what you want.

Glad your AOS got there ok!! None of my packets was signed by J. Desmond either...maybe he only works certain hours or on vacation!! :whistle:
