Well im finnaly done with the (AOS) im sending it overnight on Tuesday.

And my hubby re got all the stuff he needs for the DS-230 sence DHL is gonna take to long. he is gonna send it with his sisters mother in law she leaves there on friday and should be here before next monday. So after the new years ill send the DS-230 i hope for a case complete by the 20th on january and i hope to get an interview date on Febuary for march. we will see

But this is what i have for the (AOS) is this all i need

Cover sheet

Document cover

My I-864

My letter explaing unemployment

Co-sponsers I-864

Co-sponser tax returns for the past 3 years

His Proof of cetizenship

Checkstub

Also for the DS-230 Do i need to send my birth certificate?

How long dose it take for the

(AOS) and the DS-230 to get appproved?

I don't really know when the AOS got approved. Remember that you have 2 paths running in NVC now. The AOS is for you and the DS-230 is for your husband. All I know is that I sent in the DS-230 last and normally it takes about a week after showing that it was received at the NVC before case complete...UNLESS like me and my husband..it was about 2 weeks where I didn't have any movement after they got the ds-230 that I got the RFE.

you are doing good but dont forget to include your 2 pcs 2x2 pictures with white background (write case number, name and date of birth at the back) also i provided photocopies of the MC, BC and police certificates just in case

You are so organized Abbie!! I swear I forgot all the stuff I sent in with my packets. I guess out of sight out of mind with all this paperwork!! My brain felt scrambled as I was putting them together, so I guess I blocked it out now that it's over!!

They can be the same picture. Put the cover sheet that you print off of the website first then the one you did.

I would put not employed instead of house wife...technically she isn't getting a paycheck, even though we know she deserves one!!

Congrats! im seing my aos tommarow and the DS-230 in a week after my hubby sends all his documents. Can i ask you something Raven can i put my coversheet before the document coversheet?

That's what I did. I also sent the AOS and DS-230 package together in one envelope--cheaper that way.

LoL i dont think so i spoke with DHL and there like customs is asking to speak with me. But when i call them there like they dont talk about packages lol so whatever.

Well every thing that I had sent to my husband and he has sent to me, we have used the postal service and never had any problem with customs. I have sent him 2 photo albums, tons of documents and christmas and birthday presents for the past 2 years and haven't had any problems with it!!
