hey everyone! i got case complete 12/17/2009 i just found out today cos i was in the hospital for a minor surgery yesterday. so what is next? how do you know when they are sending the package to the embassy or when you have your interview?? :unsure:

dang i am so happy!! where's my :dance: andrea??? :lol:

12/17/2009 - Failed log in / Case completed YES!!

02/03/2010 - VISA interview at 830am -- VISA APPROVED

Congrats... The case goes to the embassy after you get the interview....

MY Whole I-846 is 70 something pages with co sponser and stuff...So im going to Kinco tommarow and make copys of all of them.

That's not bad for a little stack of papers!! I think mine was like that too!! And I made 2 copies!! 1 for me and 1 for my husband that I sent to him via USPS....It takes 10 days for stuff to arrive from Florida to Egypt, but it take 8 days for my husband to send to me from Egypt to Florida. Who figured??? :blush:

Im making 1 copy lol and keeping it with me in my cute fixed up binder im fixin for the interview, )I bet Palestine will never see a binder the the one im fixing)., and ill give it to him when i visit him an a couple of months

When are you planning on seeing your husband MQ? Once you turn in your AOS and IV package, if they are satisfied with all the paperwork they will give you a case complete. Then the NVC will assign an interview for you husband the 2nd week of the month. It will depend on when you get a case complete. So if you are seeing your husband in January or February, it'll probably be ok waiting to give him the paperwork when you see him, but it is later, you may want to send it to him that way he will have it in time!! :thumbs:

Hey MQ! I was taking a break from the computer last night...lol figured I would watch tv for once...I haven't seen any Christmas shows this year!! :whistle: No news yet..but then I don't expect to hear anything soon....hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!

Well im finnaly done with the (AOS) im sending it overnight on Tuesday.

And my hubby re got all the stuff he needs for the DS-230 sence DHL is gonna take to long. he is gonna send it with his sisters mother in law she leaves there on friday and should be here before next monday. So after the new years ill send the DS-230 i hope for a case complete by the 20th on january and i hope to get an interview date on Febuary for march. we will see

But this is what i have for the (AOS) is this all i need

Document cover

My I-864

My letter explaing unemployment

Co-sponsers I-864

Co-sponser tax returns for the past 3 years

Also for the DS-230 Do i need to send my birth certificate?
