Packet 3 Contains: DS-230, DS-156,157,156k, medical instructions and medical forms, check list, list of doctors in your area and the location of the police station for the police certificate.

need for the interview:- birth certificate of the non us fiance'. proof of relationship.

-Police record from the "russian court" police station (must state at the station the record is to be sent to the consulate for a visa- bring along the passport and 3 israely passport style pics- working hours from 9 am till 3 pm)

takes about 2-3 weeks to send to the consulate so do it as soon as your case leaves the NVC!

- visa fees to be payed by mail- better to use cash because credit card will obligate you for 3 payments with intrest on it (keep the receipt!!!-you'll need it)

-2 American style passport pics on a white backround

-I-134 Affidavit of support noterised coppy!!! (with a coppy of the us fiance' and if there is- the joint sponsor's coppy of passport)

- Army "teudat shihrur" if served in the army- translatet and notarised.

all papers that are not in english must be translated and notarised.

What im realy confused now.....

And this

DS-230 part 1,DS-157 , DS-156(with 2 American style passport pic's. double coppy- both signed and dated manualy, fillout online and print- gives you a barcode on the form once finished)(with ds-156k- an aditional page) and instructions(check list signed and dated)-------------those are the required documents to send back to the consulate- and send it back to the "nablus road" address- that is the one that deals with public affairs.

I think this is the website for it but idk http://jerusalem.usconsulate.gov/index.html

If you look up top under the search button there are tabs and over to the right is one that says embassy info. There is a drop down for each country. I found the Jerusalem under Israel and there is one for Ammon Jordan. Would either one of those be the one you are looking for? Also it lists the VJ members for each countries and also alot of information about them! I hope they will help you with what you are looking for!

Jerusalem is mine (i dont know why someone told me im Jordan no im not! lol)

So you want the one in Israel :content:

Lol i thought i was the one in israel but i dont remember who on here told me no im Jordan so im like ...ok lol now i know.

Don't worry with all those forms and stuff they have on the website. I did the same thing too. I freaked out and thought oh #######!! More paperwork! In reality, it is what someone posted up there for people going for K1 visa.

They turn in all that paperwork to the embassy direct. With the CR1 visa, we submit our paperwork to the NVC and they forward it all to the embassy. It is very misleading.

I looked up some of the reviews they have for the consulate in Jerusalem, it is very positive! Here is the website....

I know it's alot of work to do but it will be well worth while once it's done and over with!

I'm sorry your husband is having to go out and get more papers....but just think of it this way, if you finally get the forms from DHL , at least he will have copies of them if they get "lost in transit" from NVC to the embassy!

so staple is ok?

But its soooo many papers to copy lol :-(

Its just so if they loss your file right?

right...that and also you should really make 2 copies. One for you and one you will send to your husband. I remember copying all my papers....whoo! I had books! Because I also copied the emails, text message files and phone call records and sent it all to my husband...I don't know, better to be safe than sorry!!

the tax transcipt is an actual transcript you get for the IRS instead of having to turn in the tax return. It's all good!

That's not bad for a little stack of papers!! I think mine was like that too!! And I made 2 copies!! 1 for me and 1 for my husband that I sent to him via USPS....It takes 10 days for stuff to arrive from Florida to Egypt, but it take 8 days for my husband to send to me from Egypt to Florida. Who figured???

When I got my transcripts from the IRS, I had gotten the past 3 years. I guess it depends on how you file it. I know with mine, I file the long version with deductables so each one of my transcripts were 2 to 3 pages long. If your husband got them from the IRS I am sure it will have everything on there that is needed!

Hello guys,

Just want to make sure and check. My husband is ready to send the AOS but I want to know how many pages does tax transcripts has? he only has 1 page per year. Is that the normal number of page or it should be more?

When I got my transcripts from the IRS, I had gotten the past 3 years. I guess it depends on how you file it. I know with mine, I file the long version with deductables so each one of my transcripts were 2 to 3 pages long. If your husband got them from the IRS I am sure it will have everything on there that is needed!

Thank you Ms.A,

I just he got the right papers, he has like 20 pages for the AOS only, that's why i am kinda worried if he has everything right!
