Ok I started filling out my (AOS) and i filled out most of it....However i have a couple a questions if nobody minds That is -_-

1. Ok so First of all, I put (A) for number one cuz im the petitioner even thow i have a joint sponser correct?

then it says "I am sponsoring the principal immigrant named in Part 2 above." Then it says yes or no. But no says that it only for joint sponsers so im kidda lost there.

2. NUMBER 9 says

"I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within six months of the principalimmigrant named in Part 2 above. Do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition."

I dont include my hubby there correct only if someone else is comming with him, Which there is not so i would put None Correct?

3. Part 6 I put Unemployed but then it says sence what date i put "never been Employed" Is that ok?

4. It asks who's income thats listed in my house hold am i using right now, And that's nobdy so i put "none" Is that correct

But then then it has more questions c, d, e,

For C i put 0. Do i have to pick d or e?

5. on 25 it about Federal income tax return information.

And it only has 2 options that i have or ill attach Photocopys. I dont have tax returns my co-sponser dose. So what do i do for number 25?

6. ALL of part 7 says (optinal) next to the questions so i dont do them correct?

7. Whats a Frim Name?

Sorry there so many but i DID read the instrutions And i still dont understand this part. If you could help thank you. If you dont want to help or want to say something rude like "ask you parents" or "Do it yourself" Please dont respond. My parents are very helpful.

1. Yes, (a) is correct because you are the petitioner and you filed on behalf of your relative. The joint sponsor will check (d)

2. For 9, you will be NOT check the box because your husband is the only person you are sponsoring.

3. You will be checking the (d) box, and for the date since you've been unemployed you would put your birthdate if you've never worked.

4. You would put 0. And I'm not sure on others.

5. For question 25, you would put the tax years and income you have made for those years. You only need to send a copy of last year's return and if you do not have a return period, then you must write a letter stating why you have not filed for said year.

6. Optional is optional. :P You don't need to complete them.

7. I am assuming you mean Part 9. You do not need to file this part out if you filed out the I-864 by yourself.

Also My hubby lives in Jordan so he dose not have a "Real" address like it just

TURMOSAYA, RAMALLAH

WEST BANK

ISRAEL

So is that the address i put Were it asks me for his address on the

(AOS) cuz then it asks for city, state and country. So it would be like just repeating info.

And also they wont deney me cuz i dont work and can provide Tax returns. My co-sponser can so it should be fine correct? My co-sponser is sending the packet on wensday so ill prob send it thursday or friday so im getting nerves that ill do something wrong.

You can use the EZ or the regular 864... But since you qualify for the EZ form, I would use that since it is simpler... But if you have already filled out the 864 and put 0 as the assets, dont stress that either, it is OK...
