Yeah, I will be lucky too if there will be no RFE and approval oif visa soon! I can see in your post that the DS 230 package has been stucked in OH. Have you called the courier? It's been a while and you should've had it! It's really hard when someone is helping us with the papers or if we are waiting for the papers from someone else! My husband is also waiting for the mployment letter from his boss and he was informed like 3 weeks now!GGGRRRR!

I posted a new topic about this but just wanted to see if any of you knew the answer

I know that as the petitioner I must submit and I-864 and if they do not meet the required Income they must have a co-sponser. Ok so i have the co-sponser and they have filled out the fourm and gathered all the document needed (Check stubs, IRS Transcript, Proof of citizenship, letter of employment, W2's, Ect.)

But what i need help with is If i also need to fill out a I-864 I dont know how to go about that Im 19 and i have no job i live with my parents.(cuz my hubby is in Jordon) So Am i going to provide Check stubs, IRS Transcript, Proof of citizenship, letter of employment, W2's, Ect If i dont have a job nor have i ever had one?

Im kidda going crazy right now trying to figure this out.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

It's my understanding that you still have to fill out a I-864 just showing that you don't qualify to uphold your co-sponsor.

 I don't know what I meant!! :bonk: I think what I was trying to say is even when you don't make above the poverty level, you still have to fill out the I-864 form and the co-sponsor fills out the I-864A form. The one you fill out supports the need of a co-sponsor.

I just kind of forgot to put words in between!

Hello Myracle! I live on the east coast of Florida, and yes, I am about 45 minutes from Disney World. In fact, we went to Orlando this weekend! I went with my sister in law and my son and went to see the Christmas lights they have at Disney Hollywood Studies (aka MGM Studios in Disney). You should get your husband to bring you to Orlando when you come to the US! It would be great if we could have a "get together" with all our VJ friends and families!!
