Hi everyone...

I have a unique situation of sorts.... Has anyone been able to submit the DS230 package without the PCC from the Passport Office? My wife is in UK visiting her parents and we can't get the Passport office PCC (in India) now because they need the passport to give out the PCC (I've already submitted the PCC from the district police station to NVC). Our plan was to obtain the Passport office PCC once she's back in India after the interview date has been set and submit it @ interview time. Our case will be forwarded to the US embassy in Chennai (formerly Madras). Has anyone gone through a similar situation? Has NVC given anyone a pass on this and allowed them to submit it at interview time?

I have question on the I-864 form, what is the amount you have entered in line 23? We are confuse if we have to compute all his salary for this year to be entered in that form. I am getting frustrated on this AOS package, hubby is just kinda irresponsible with his papers and until now all his papers are unclear to have. How will I know that we need a co-sponsor? Sorry guys, but AOS package is killing me.

The US citizen fills out the 864 and includes the tax info, the past 6 months of paystubs and an employment letter... If, based on your total household size (USC + intending immigrant + any other dependents) they earn under 125% of poverty level (around 18,000) then you need a co sponsor...

there gonna open The Package thats crazy! He was told when he shipped it that the would not open it. Becuase he was also going to send me a ring with the package of papers but they told him if he sends it they would open it so he did not send it with the papers and yet they are still delaying it!
