Nope still the same I'm waiting for the package my hubby sent me from jordon to arrive here it should be here on wensday and the sponser for the (AOS) should arrive here wendsday also. Let's see if they do I'll send them overnight to NVC

Everyone else...hope this week all take a step closer to finishing!! I'm actually off to visit my husband this week, and I'm a little nervous about the CO saying that I can't come in...I'm going to take a copy of my application so far, my bank statements here, my utility bills and of course my return ticket and hope for the best

Abbie has your AVR changed? Mine still refers to the checklist they sent on the 26th November, even though they got the DS-230 on 2nd December Come on, I want to join the bloody queue!!

hi tree. no it still says that i am missing documents (the DS230 and the IV payment) we got a false RFE because we paid the IV bill a month after it became available. it was dated Nov 10th. my hubby was saving up for the 400 while i was away last month preparing for the Advertising Congress so we really didnt get anything done then we will call NVC again this week to check if they "officially" got my package

Hi And_Sam, NVC did not honored my 1 PCC I think they want both 1 PCC and 1 NBI. It's very frustrating to had RFE coz it takes much longer the process. I've been waiting for this over. I hope it will be sooner. I keep you Muslimqueen,Abbie, Bern and all the people here on VJ in my prayers so we all be with our loveones. and live happiy ever after sounds like a fairytale? Oh I wish! My husband said he's been checking his e-mail all day waiting for a reply. I told him to stop, it's the weekend. Just under 3 more months and then he's home from a year deployment. ABOUT TIME.

lol like me when i was waiting on the DS-3032 to be approved it was a new email so all i was getting was emails from NVC so when there was a new Mail i would get so happy, one day i checked it and i got soo happy cuz i saw i had a new message in my Inbox, it was just an email from yahoo. I was mad lol im glad that out of the way.

Hello Abbie, I got false RFE last 11/21/09 its missing documents for the DS230 then after awhile having an RFE again for my NBI. But I glad now I forward what they need so hoping for log in failed to case complete so our journey it will end. Just call NVC for the update okay. Keep posted what happen

i called on friday to find out the status of my DS-3032 and the oprator told me that they have received it and will process is it soon. I am hoping for it to be processed today, in the mean time i have collected the following things for my AOS package. Please tell me if i am missing anything

2008 W2 and 1099

2007 W2 and 1099

Letter of Employment

Copy of my Company Badge

last 3 Pay Stubs from my previous job that i left in June 2009

is there anything else i have to include?

I thought of the Bank Letter but my annual average is very low so i am skipping that. Plus my accountant told me as long as i am above 125% poverty line i dont need to.

You don't need to send in a copy of your company badge, Ishazi.

I would include an employment letter from your current job stating your income.

Just to add, especially for Abbie, that I called NVC, the AVR was still the same, spoke to an operator who said that even though the DS-230 was delivered five days ago it still hadn't appeared on the system - call back at the end of this week, early next, and it might have been received. Don't worry, she said, it's in the building. Let's hope both ours are 'received' this week

It looks like you have everything covered!! I didn't include bank or savings account information and they excepted it!!
