I'll just mke a guess .. does the letter you received is an RFE??? maybe... you need to redo your biometrics ... some people from VJ's got RFE and went to another biometrics bcos of not too clear of fingerprinting done last time. Also, if its written on the letter about, you will be accused of abandoning ur AOS without doing so... i guess u need to.... but either way ... pls try to call the USCIS to clear this letter means ..

maybe some other people here have some comments on this....

hope it helps.

Biometrics do expire, so it may be that you got your approval and then during processing it came to light.

All you can do is to go for the biometrics when they've asked you to and see what happens, as far as I can tell.

If you filed an I-90 then yes you must go and get new Biometrics done it is part of the I-90 aplication.... even if you had only just had your Biometrics done for AOS you would still need to go and get your biometrics done for the I-90 they are two separate applications....

Hope you your greencard soon...

Kezzie
