well 8 days left for my interview...and no appointment letter yet!!! No package 4

and I saw in another wbsite and American married to Egyptian wife and his wife has been for AP for more than 6 months I feel very depressed for that ..I feel I am just going and I know i will end up have Ap or Ar or any of this ####### and what makes it worse No package 4 yet!!!!!!

well here is it what I am taking to the interview

I- proofs of relatiionship include:

- emails from to Mark "he only kept 8 email from"

- email from Mark to me " I have every single email I got from him and the text messages i recieved from his cellphone to my email

- Skype Phone record

- Ikobo reports and emails " that proves every single pennymark has sent me and proves he was supporting me financially .

- An interview in the NSS magazine in which Mark was interviewed and he talked about me and him and it has his Photo

- the wedding Album

- Engagment Album

- another big album has about 100 photo that has our wedding party and when we firt me and all my relatives and our time spednt together

- another Album has the best 50 photos taken while Mark was here in the last trip in May

- Mark's Trip Itenaries

- Mark's Passport copy stamped three time with Egyptian Visa

The paper I will Bring is :

- 2 passport Photos

- I-134 "original " althoughI already sent one with package 3

- Last year Tax Return " original" Although I still already submitted one with the package 3.

- Emplyment letter , although I already sent one at pkge 3

- pay stub "original" although I already snet one with pkge 3

- Original marriage paper in Arabic and English .

- Mark's Divroce paper copy .

-my passport .

- Copy of the CIB bank 100$ that I sent in the pkge 3.

- copy of NOA1 and NOA2 for the I-129f

- copy of the NOA1 and NOA 2 of the I-130

- copy of the letter from NVC that said the K3 visa was forwared to US embassy in Cairo.

- Copy of the I-129F and I-130 sent to Chicago and Nebraska service centers.

Ok that's it

My arabic and English birth certificate was already sent to Embassy with my medical and the police record too in package 3 ...

so Guys is there anything you May think i should bring with me they may ask for it????

What about vaccination records and/or a criminal history/police record?

I130 Approved (NOA2) 7/20/06 (144 Days)

I129 Approved (NOA2) 8/24/06 (41 Days)

Documents we have so far:

Criminal/police record check.

Immunization records/medical history (including negative Tb, HIV, syphyllis, etc).

Chest x-ray.

His birth certificate (long form).

Our marriage certificate.

My divorce decree.

Our passports.

Wedding photos, cards, credit cards, health insurance, evidence of legitimate marriage.

Notarized I-134 and supporting documents.

Notarized I-184 and supporting documents.

Five additional passport photos each.

Frank, I did sent the Medical examination result Already and the doctor told me I don't need the vaccinations so did the embassy and I got email from them when I sent the pkg3 that I sent everything they needed :)

Oh yeah it does..It seems that Cairo embassy asks for all the papers to be sent in Package 3 ...not in the interview but I made duplicate originals of every papers. I asked my husband to do so because Just in Case if the embassy said they lost anything I would have the paper ready for them :)

Photographs are more important than phone or internet records. The more you show of the two of you together, the better.

Do the interview in English, not Arabic. You want to show them you and your husband have no problems communicating.

And finally, don't worry so much! Your situation far exceeds the minimum required for getting a K-3. Just be confident, clear, and honest and you'll do fine. :)

Thanks Ray for the advice , Mark called the embassy today and TNT called me telling me that they will send me pkg 4 tomorrow at 25 July ..it's easy to b honest and clear but Not scared and worried that's hard..we many photos together ..that's cool
