Olu Wa!!! My Nigerian fiance has boarded his plane and is currently flying home. While at airport, he found that it was good he arrived 5 hours early to airport. He said they asked him a lot of questions concerning his k-1 visa and that they made him go through additional inspections. They checked all his bags for drugs and even made him take a drug test. This was very time consuming and stressful for him as he has never flown before. I wanted to warn others of this so that they know to go very early to airport and expect potential delays of this sort.

I was so happy when they finally let him go and he was allowed to go to the terminal.

I pick him up in 23 hours!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Congrads , I hope he makes it home to you safely.

Thanks for the information as well.. My husband will be leaving from there in about 2 weeks and he didnt plan on being there that early but after reading this maybe he needs to re-think that.
