Sorry to have not responded sooner, Richard. Things have been a little crazy in preparation for my fiance's arrival! We never got around to checking the website either. We had planned to only check it once we got the text, since we knew nothing would show before then. but when he got it without any text at all, I don't think he ever checked.

I'm sorry you didn't get the news you wanted to hear, even more sorry that you have to rearrange flight plans at this time of year. I hope it is sorted and they are in your hands soon!
