will this be an issue?

what do i need to do?

i know i can go alone to the biometrics and i will let them know AGAIN that he wont make it but is there anyone who can give me informations about this?

You can go alone to the interview and all you will need is the deployment papers. One topic stated someone from the military would be able to attend the AOS interview, but I do not remember the details. There is a thread for military spouses.

Try the links in this wiki: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/..._Their_Families

Hope this will help you.

I called The military hotline and requested to expedite my AOS and the lady i spoke with informed me i qualify for expedite because of my husbands deployment and i should get a response within 5 days... have u tried calling them to request?

I went to my interview alone as well cuz my husband was out of town for TDY. The only thing the officer wanted to see was hubby's official travel orders. They are used to this situations!! Don't stress out too much and good luck!!!
