(AP) NEW YORK (AP) - By a wide margin, Americans consider Rush Limbaugh the nation's most influential conservative voice.

The radio host was picked by 26 percent of those who responded, followed by Fox News Channel's Glenn Beck at 11 percent. Actual politicians - former Vice President ####### Cheney and former vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin - were the choice of 10 percent each.

There's no telling what the tiny minds of conservatives believe to be true. Accoding to the most nutty, scientists would sooner perpetrate a fraudulant conspiracy in order to procure tax dollars (even when the funding is in reality from a private source that demands real results, who knew?) than actually do real research that moves understanding forwards. After all, that's what really motivates one to become a scientist, $$$$'s in the bank, not doing the research and making new discoveries.
