I hear 2 versions of this. Some admit to criminal convictions and provide proper court records as requested. And get a NOA2 in normal time and others say they get held up at NVC because of it. Anyone here care to share their experience if the had 3 or more prior convictions for posession of controlled substances more than 15 years ago and was honest about it? ONLY THOSE WHO KNOW FOR SURE BECAUSE THEY WENT THROUGH IT THEMSELF PLEAEE REPLY .............. This is in reguard to a recent I-129F petition I sent in... Just wanting to know what to expect...AGAIN ONLY THOSE WHO WENT THROUGH IT PLEASE ANSWER............

Thank You

hire a lawyer and get them exponged. that will solve any problems about that. if was that long ago and you show u are older wiser and have left those ways behind and gets exponged. then you will have no record and no problem

good luck with the process!!!

You cannot get an expongement in New Jersey if there is more than one Criminal Conviction no matter how long ago it was.. Unfortunatly for me I have 3 of them as I stated...

I asked for an answer from only someone who went through the process who was in my situation. You answered so I assume you had the same situation....You say expect long delays at best. So how long did they make you wait because of this ?
