That's pocket change compared to meeting a woman in the USA, and getting a divorce.

It will run 10 to 20 times that much in USA

WORD...........Sometimes its cheaper to keep her here in America

poor guy, what the heck s going on with him. thats stupidity to sent money to the people you dont even see in person or in a webcam

Very easy for a person to have a friend to sit in front of a webcam and pretend to like the a person in order to scam them.

That is why I tell American men to stay away from dating websites like Cherry Blossom or Filipinia Heart, too many scammers.

The best way to meet a girl in Philippines is to get on plane and arrive in Philippines. You will meet all the woman you want

or you can do what i did, get sick and be hospitalized and hope some hot nurse is assigned to your ward and take it from there. CHERRY BLOSSOM and FILIPINA HEART is almost as bad as falling for a NIGERIAN SCAM

Is it not funny how they always have a sick relative or a child, nephew or niece that needs to enroll or how they got robbed or how they are getting evicted if they dont pay the rent ? or, or, or, or, or, or i can go on and on about these scammers

:whistle::devil:

Damn....some scams are so damn good they last for years......

BELIEVE none of what you hear and BELIEVE HALF of what you see..... :bonk:

Webcam....DO NOT TRUST IT...

Meeting in PERSON....same #######...DO NOT TRUST IT.

in some good SCAM, the ALL EXTENDED FAMILY is into the scam,

including the HUSBAND or BOYFRIEND (or whatever that may be) even if you had sex with her, it does not mean #######, for the money they will scam you in a 1year to 18 months (from meeting to Visa processing) they will do anything and i mean anything....

Legal Documents....DO NOT TRUST IT....

they got so many fixers there...they will make your head spin (between corrupted officials and bribing) they will make a DEAD person come alive and a living person OFFICIALLY disappear...

So sad but true...

but in order to be fair to the PINAY below is for you...

Think it, many times over before engaging in LONG DISTANCE RELATIONSHIPS

the same goes for the PINAY ones going into another country....

How good you really know this person?

Why he is having problem finding someone in own country and now choosing someone on yours?

Can he be trusted with your previous children?

Can he hold a job long enough or he is just PIMPing?....where u work your BUTT off and he enjoy the fruit of your labors

Either side should be careful,

while there is SCAMMING on one side the is also HUMAN TRAFFICKING on the other side of the coin...

I think I seen herm's picture on this website: http://anastasiawebscam.com/scammers_photos1.html

Webscammers originate from all over. One hard rule is never to send money before meeting in person. And even that is no guarantee you will not be scammed.

That's sad, but if you didnt do any research on what it would take for them to come to the US....then i guess you deserve that. I guess he thought that he could have the "mail order bride."

I once was talking to a girl yahoo that I met on tagged...actually a couple of them....but after talking to one of them for a couple times they asked me for money because there was some sort of "emergency." Saying they would take anything I could give. Well, I didnt fall for that. You can get scammed by anyone at anytime. We have even had people on my truck forum get money and stuff from our members. Giving sob stories and people actually donated to them.

Oh well, that was an expensive lesson for that individual. Time to just write it off as a loss and move on.

I met someone once on Yahoo, we chatted for about a month and without even having anything formal between us somehow suddenly she was under the assumption that i was going to bring her over, she took the initiative to get a passport but of course while processing the passport she threw a curveball at me by saying that on her NSO birth certificate she is listed as a MALE and not a FEMALE and it would cost her 5,000 pesos to fix it and she also needed another 8,000 pesos for her teeth because she went to St. Lukes for a physical and her teeth did not pass......hmmm.......a physical and I haven't even filed any papers whatsoever...... She is from CEBU.

Met another girl once, on the first chat she asked for a LAPTOP saying that if i got her one she would be able to chat with me all the time. She is from CEBU

One other time I was chatting with this broad for about a week, she had 7 siblings and was the youngest, she was supposedly the breadwinner of the family, one time when we chatted a "EMERGENCY" came up to where her brothers foot got ran over by a tricycle and get this, at the same time while her mother was cooking in the kitchen a projectile came thru the ceiling and hit her moms head. She wanted to "BORROW" 10k so she can help out with the problem. She is from CEBU

Another time I was on chat with this broad and supposedly her little 7 year old brother was bitten by a dog, of couse she was the BREADWINNER so she had to find a way to make 10k. Low and behold she is also from CEBU.

What's even more foolish is that he sent "her" money for the visa processing. I'm not sure how someone could be that stupid. Anyone here knows that the American has to be the petitioner and pay the fees for the foreign fiance! That guy obviously had no clue about how it works.

Ya - that's my thought also. Want K-1 ? Must Travel - to see HER (not the other way around ).

I feel for the guy, really, but not on this 'one thing'.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
