I-134

I have received the NOA2 and am filling out the paperwork I'll need to send my fiancee for his interview. I make 34,500 as a teacher but only have about 1,000 in savings. I have about 2,000 in stock. We are so close to being together, and it'd kill me to have some slip-up stop us from finishing this process! Is this enough evidence to send for the i-34?

-Letter from employer

-Past several pay stubs

-List of what stock I own and how many shares

Also, is it best to write that I do or do not intend to support him in specific ways? Is it ok to say yes, and that I will provide for basic needs (food, shelter, clothing, medical) for as long as necessary?

Any help is greatly appreciated! Help my dream to come true please! :)

Follow the example I-134 form here on VJ. That will help to answer some of your questions.

Your income is certainly enough for a household of two. No need to worry about savings, investments, etc.

Hi I would include 12 months of bank statements - just the part that shows yoru deposits.

Hi I would include 12 months of bank statements - just the part that shows yoru deposits.

I just put: For the durations of the marriage. (work for me) I'm sure someone will chime in.

Instead of messing with a bunch of statements just get one bank letter from your bank, on company letter head.

Bank letter

Statement from an officer of the bank or other financial

institutions where you have deposits identirying the

following details regarding your account:

1. Date aacount opened;

2. Total amount deposited for the past year; and

3. Present balance
