Hello Vjer's Anyone experienced FALSE RFE here. Please share your experienced. I am freaking out when I called the NVC that they sent mail to my hubby last Friday its NOv. 27. I am certain it is an RFE.

I waited for so long to be case complete its very frustrating right now the more I felt excitement the more the process getting slower to be done. Is it true when you FOLLOW NVC SHORTCUT you got FALSE RFE or its unusual to happen? Thank you Guyzzz I really need the answer because I'm almost giving up to this journey. I felt I don't belong to my hubby's country. Thank you in ADVANCE for the responces I really appreciated it. GOD BLESS YOU ALL

That's common as once they have received the IV Fee Payment they are then wanting to have the DS-230 in your file and since you can't send it until you have the IV Fee Bill paid and the coversheet generated their system will reflect that your file is missing the DS-230.

Don't worry about it.


Must have info for bringing your Philippine wife/fiancee's child to the US

Yes, Anna has been here for just over 3 days.

We're having an interesting time with the adjustments. Our little guy, Gabby, is stuff on PH time and wants to play at 2am! Of course there are a lot of cultural differences (especially regarding raising children) but we've been preparing for it and I have confidence that our relationship will only grow stronger.

Good Luck on your Journey. In the end it seems the hardest part is finding the patience at each step, everything else is clearly documented here.
