I'm all alone again, underappreciated, lonely and tired. Tomorrow's another day, unfortunately, good night C4C.

Coffee house is E.M.P.T.Y.

One dude in his wheelchair eating his soup, and yours truly. And NO, I am not putting up all those fvking X-mas decorations. They don't pay me enough.

I wouldn't put X-mas decorations on the dude's wheelchair either. :P Besides, he might look up your dress and choke on his soup.

WHUT!?! HermanChicaYeYeakaLen wears a dress?

Hola Commies, I missed the opening of this new Part IV...so here is the "Belated Blessing" blessing to the thread :innocent:

We finally picked up our fake tree yesterday. I think AAm, being relatively new to the USA, was a big flabbergasted by how much some of these Christmas decorations can cost. When we were driving home with the tree in the car she said, "In America, I think that Americans must spend $2-3000 on decorations for Christmas (that is like a years salary for some people on Thailand). I then thought to how much Amby had spent recently

Peace Commies!

Mark

we live in the BOONIES! can't see our house from a public road, Jean has gone completely nuts with Christmas Lights!!!!!

looks like a Chevy Chase movie set :blink::whistle:

Ha...that movie is great! I like Jean...she sounds like fun!

IR5 - I am mean like that. I'd much rather tell someone the truth than make them think they're awesome.

ok I just saw this on tv

This would be the perfect Christmas gift for my entirelyRepublicanDad...and then he would throw away all the prezs he didn't agree with...

Good morning you sleepy reds!

This would be the perfect Christmas gift for my entirelyRepublicanDad...and then he would throw away all the prezs he didn't agree with...

Bishop, Im half awake yet reading this brought on a good laugh first thing in the morning.

The boy has a biiiig problemo with Americans spending money on their pets. In his eyes, it is sheer stupidity.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Good MorningSleepyNagi!

Speaking of pets, my wife would agree with TheBoy! After living overseas for several years and traveling globally for more than 10, I can see her/TheBoy's perspective...if you look at it through their eyes. When my wife first came to the USA one of the first things (out of many) that surprised her is how people here treat their pets. By this, I mean she was surprised that dogs have vitamins / special baths / shots / fancy foods / etc. In Thailand, this would rarely/never be the case. AAm was really surprised that some people treat their pets so luxuriously while people are living homeless around the world...this doesn't make sense to her...

His thoughts exactly upon his arrival. 0f course I was hurt by his comments because my own pets want for nothing. He should have had an idea of how I am because when I was in Egy I wanted to feed and take in every animal I saw on the streets. Actually, I did take in 2 cats and tame them while I was there. He saw me weep uncontrollably when I had to leave them behind.

Well, while you were in Egy, you were going against 30 years of his prior experience...so I doubt that you could change that. He probably just thought that was an 'oddity'...considering it was not his cultural norm.

Bishop, this is true. After a day or two, he would save some of his dinner " for the cats ". :)

I would tend to agree with you, except he does the same thing here with our cats....but NEVER for the snapper.

 Well, he's not a dog person  I'm not much of a dog person either. My sisters has always loved dogs. Whenever I go over to her house it often seems like chaos with all those dogs running around...but her cats are pretty cool and pretty much keep to themselves (low maintenace for lazy pet owners) :star::whistle:
