Who else never received their packet 3 ?

Our package left from the NVC on the first week of September, and we called DoS the first week of November to inquire about our Packet 3.

They stated that it had been prepared to send by the embassy on Sept. 16th, and that we should call the embassy for $16 to inquire what happened if we never received it. (or for 120p/minute within the UK)

We never called, and proceeded to handle the medical and send off the DS forms and checklist today finally.

I would like to know how many others never received their Packet 3, and if not, did you ever receive a Packet 4 ??

........July 19, 2010: "Touch"..biometrics appt. letter mailed (I-485 & I-765)

.....August 02, 2010: Biometrics appointment

.....August 03, 2010: "Touch" on I-485 & I-765

.....August 11, 2010: Notice of Interview date

.....August 26, 2010: Touches on I-131 & I-765, production of EAD card ordered

.....August 31, 2010: I-131 Travel Doc. approved, EAD production ordered (again)

September 04, 2010: Received EAD card & AP Documents in the mail! (both dated 8/26)

September 20, 2010: AOS Interview...APPROVED!!!

I never had my p3 through the mail either, probably because of the mail strikes in September. I just continued on after being told to do so by the embassy and have now received my p4 in the post, interview is next week.

oh ok cool.. thanks for replying! Leanne is worried that since she never received her packet 3 that she might not get her p4 either.

so you think it was due to the mail strikes? so that would mean that either:

1. the post office was just throwing the mail in the garbage

2. it is still at the post office (or sent to the wrong address)

3. it was never posted

I wonder if the embassy ever posted it due to the strikes.
