shouldnt the racist post be removed?

Even I was offended. And that's saying something, as you well know.

I'm all for free speech, but start your own site if you want to post that kind of garbage.

I am currently under the process of divorce, my wife being the visa holder. After I left the house due to the fact that I was suspicious of her elaborating a case of abuse against me (in Puerto Rico it is under the law #54), she sold everything I had (personal belongings, things which I had before the marriage, making them private) and I filed a complaint in the police department. This is just so you can get an idea of the immigrant which is right now gaining access to U.S. citizenship.

What concerns me is that I know she is currently pregnant of a man whom I know the name. I even know what gender will the baby be. I want to know how can I get evidence that she is pregnant or evidence that she had a daughter?

In Puerto Rico, as well as the U.S., having an extra-marital child is hard evidence of poligamy, and is punishable by law. I need to present this to the local immigration office and to the divorce court as well.

I will appreciate all help you can give me. Thanks.

My husband's ex-wife committed an adultery, and she got pregnant by a Vietnamese. She took pills when her and my husband were together but she allow herself to get pregnant with other man because she believe that this man is rich

She is already US citizen and even petitioned her mother with the help of my husband. They were together for 6 suffering long years.

This Filipina has a nasty mouth, stole $300, had many bf's (there are pictures to prove it and persons that testified), had a bf in the PH during their marriage, even her mother and her aunt which were living in my husband house and my husband was supporting them, knew about this adultery. And more, and more nasty and crazy things she did.

My husband asked for a divorce but she wanted to sale the house and get 50% of the value, my husband was totally disagree on that because she never paid for the house, and hardly in paying the bills provided that there were 3 Filipina that staying in my husband's house.

There are proofs of adultery, pictures of her and that Vietnamese with her mother and Aunt and persons to testify, etc..

But my husband decided to have the settlement instead of the court because she might get more even she is the one committed the adultery because she is entitled to what he has even we can tell how bad she is.

At the end, my husband is paying $10,000 of her student loan :bonk: and she got the $14,000 car because this Filipina asked to transfer the name of the car to her.

She went here in US with nothing, supported by my husband even the family and at the end did all the crazy stuff... she even get money out of what she did to her ex-husband.

She want to go back to my husband, and sent me nasty emails and texts... and they already divorced. At the end she realized her mistake but it was too late.

Thank you for all your posts. My "wife" did so many other things that I would have to write a book about it. All I did was support her, until I figureds I couldn't go on anymore with this relationship. Nobody's perfect, but my wife was just too much.

What would be the next step I should take? Should I notify this to immigration as soon as possible, or should I wait to be divorced and the baby to be born so I can report it to immigration?

I've been reporting to immigration all foul play I was suspecting a long time ago, with certified mail, but immigration had no reply for me. I really am disappointed at the way immigration works. She was doing everything she could to keep her residence, and I concluded she was doing it for interest.

Whatever you conclude or not conclude is irrelevant; as are most of our opinions. USCIS will only look at whether she entered the marriage in good faith -IF she has to Remove Conditions on her residency. And she does not need you to do that.

You say you contacted USCIS already and they didn't respond. Well, sometimes no answer is an answer.

Divorce and move along with your life. Nothing to see here.

Fraud marriages are hard to prove and your case is pretty much down to "he said , she said..." It is a very sad situation and i hope you will get over soon. You have done what you tought was the best...

I have a friend and she has 6 months to go for her I-751. She is also in child custody battle with her oldest daugter's father. She is already living separate from her current husband more than three months and they both decided to keep things as it is 'till she gets her permanent one. Keep in mind TX doesn't have legal seperation, she is still married. Of course first husbands is threatening her by reporting the marriage as sham, deporting her, keeping the daughter, getting the custody over investigation etc.... We kept telling her it is hard to prove let alone it is not even true but she is afraid it may get things complicated.... So I am advising you the same; people are too busy to care so be the same keep yourself busy and get over this....

Yarima -

if you have evidence of visa fraud with your wife, then I suggest you contact ICE and report it.

The contact info for ICE is at the bottom of this page (and every page, actually ).

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
