AOS... EAD Question

Hello all,

I'm sitting here trying to get my AOS package together and I'm stuck on this line of the EAD application. Line 16 says go to part 2 of the Eligibility Categories. In the space below, place the letter and number of the category you selected from the instructions. ( for example (a)(8), ©(17)(iii),etc.....

Eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12 ( ) ( ) ( )

My fiance came here under a K-1 visa and I'm confused about how to answer this. Has anyone here filled out the EAD and turned it in with the AOS package ? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Since you are turning in form I-485 concurrently (I assume) you would be category ( c)(9). It's listed as #7A in the instructions for form I-765 under eligibility categories
