VISA Processing times after turn in missing docs

I had a question about the visa processing time after turning in missing documents.

My fiance had her interview without the overseas Police Clearance (due to shipping error). She had her interview on a Thursday and turned her missing document in the following Monday. I called on Friday afternoon, and for 4 days, it has been under review.

Her case is not complicated with land, children or previous marriages from either of us. Does 'under review' mean that it's being processed? What is the normal time for a visa to be processed after turning in missing documents?

It is a case to case basis actually. I have a friend who also had a whiteslip after her interview because of the missing Police Clearance from another country. She submitted it personally to the embassy when she received it and then a week after that, she had her visa. Just keep calling the embassy.
