Changing the subject again=you fail. I hope you're better at your real job.

Actually you posted the following, hence the post.

Stick to Australia, that's what you have been touting as a role model. My point is based on facts. You can't produce any, hence you are wrong. Try baiting elsewhere. But make sure you have a credible stance.

Just in case you cannot interpret it. Countries with gun restrictions are towards the bottom. Those without are towards the top.

Murders with firearms (Per Capita)

# 1 South Africa: 71.9782 per 100,000 people

# 2 Colombia: 50.9801 per 100,000 people

# 3 Thailand: 31.2093 per 100,000 people

# 4 Zimbabwe: 4.91736 per 100,000 people

# 5 Mexico: 3.37938 per 100,000 people

# 6 Belarus: 3.21359 per 100,000 people

# 7 Costa Rica: 3.13745 per 100,000 people

# 8 United States: 2.79271 per 100,000 people

# 20 Canada: 0.502972 per 100,000 people

# 27 Australia: 0.293678 per 100,000 people

# 31 New Zealand: 0.173482 per 100,000 people

# 32 United Kingdom: 0.102579 per 100,000 people

Edit: Just noticed. Look a Australia's rate above. These rates are from 2002. Using the 0.2 you have mentioned 900 times now, the gun control has worked and technically dropped the rate to 0.093678

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

It would be interesting to see the 2009 results. Then we'll see who is talking.

All discussion here has pertained to all homicides, not just by guns. Do you have ADHD or some other disorder that prevents you from focusing on the subject at hand? Or is the fact that you have been owned time and time again and try to change the subject? Hopefully it's the former.

Anyway, have a good night. I'm out.

Notice anything interesting about the list? Hint: Find a first world country above the US.

Who knows, maybe you like being up there with 2nd and 3rd world countries.

Bottom line is, the man should have had the dogs on a leash.

and what if he did have the dog on the leash, and then sniffed his pants and then the guy shot him.. leash or unleash it would of happen. Why did he do that in the first place. THat is no reason to shot someone. if he did not like the dog, he could of wen to the other side or just wait. but he should of not killed him

How about Russia?

Also, I'm pretty sure there are more than a few countries on that list that don't report all their homicides or have pretty sketchy data collection methods. Either way, there are countries on that list below AUS that have a lot of firearms. You keep taking this back to firearms owndership = increased homicides, well if that's true, why is NZ below UK then?

Do you really think this had anything to do with a dog?

It sure did. It's why the guy shot him.

You do too since you live here. Einstein.

:secret:Just in case you have not noticed Since you have not caught on, I am actually trying to wake people up to this any many other areas that the US fails in. Yes fails!

However, it's almost impossible to get through the indoctrinated (red alert) 'why do you hate America' rhetoric that is a knee-jerk reaction to anyone questioning the status quo, let alone anyone mentioning others doing something better.

I do feel for you. You're homesick, trapped here with no escape. So you take out your frustrations on the internet. It makes you feel good because your real life sucks. I hope your wife will consider relocating in the future. You just need to hang in there and be strong.

Russia is actually 2nd world. Their GDP is $11,807 per capita.

You don't seem to get the notion of first world. if you did you would not imply their stats are flawed. Maybe you need to see the international corruption index. Prior to moving here I lived in a city of four million. I can without a doubt say murders were extremely rare. Certainly not anywhere near the multiple shootings reported every second day in DC and PG county, MD (next door).

Maybe you are right. I am sure (positive) there should be people from those countries here, in a visa forum, who can vouch for your opinion then. Correct me if I am wrong of course, that they too have as easy access to the same type of weapons as Americans.

The more you speak the more I laugh at you. I realize construction has been hit the hardest in this economy, therefore, you are here trying to find an avenue to vent your frustration. Don't worry bud, it will pass. Otherwise my uncles do need a sweeper at their booming Aus construction businesses. With unemployment at 5.7%, it's hard for them to find labor. Maybe we can send some of the section 8 there hey?

Can't think of anything original huh? Too bad your wife wear the pants in the family. Otherwise you could go home.
