Can I send I-485 with my I-130 Petition?

Hello Everyone!

I am a little confused about what to do. I read some posts saying to send the I-130 with your I-485 and other forms.

Should I send my I-130 with the I-485 if my husband has not gotten his green card or anything? Do I have to wait until he is in the country first? If I have to wait, can I send it immediately after he enters the country? :blink:

If I send it with the I-130, I cannot complete the whole form. A lot of data would be blank. what should I do?

If you are petitioning for a CR1 visa then your husband will not Adjust Status because the green card will be mailed to him after he enters the US with a CR1 visa.
