We're about to file our AOS tomorrow, but we're still not sure about what to put on our I-864, my question is on Part 6 number 23 (sponsor's current individual annual income) is that where do we have to get that amount? Is it from his w2 from last year particularly box 1 of W2? Also my husband has another income and he has 1099 misc form should we add that too for total annual income they're saying on number 23? One more question on same I-864 part 6 number 25 federal income tax information, for each tax year(starting from recent) I know we should put what's gross income from our 1040 there but if we do that, it will not match to my husband's reported individual income in number 23 question because last year my husband filed for joint and he included the money I received from the Philippines(separation pay) so now our last year's tax return filed is more than what he earned because he included mine, will that be a problem? Pls enlightened us because we really need to send the AOS tomorrow or the other the day. Thanks so much guys.

IF YOU GUYS FILED A JOINT TAX RETURN FROM LAST YEAR THEN YOU NEED TO INCLUDE THE AMOUNT ON THAT SECTION OF THE FORM. THEY ARE ASKING FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT THAT WAS EARN FROM LAST YEAR INCOME TAX. ADD THE W-2S TO IT ALSO. IF YOUR HUSBAND CAN PROVE THE OTHER INCOME ON THE 1099 THEN HE CAN INCLUDE IT ON THE FORM. NVC JUST NEED THE MOST RECENT TAX PAPER WHICH WILL BE THE 2008 TAX RETURN. YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE NVC AND ASK THEM THE LAST QUESTION.

I'D JUST FILED MINE'S LIKE 3 DAYS AGO. GOOD LUCK TO YOU.
