I don't know if this quite does it. The U.S thinks of Hezbollah in exactly the same way we think about Al Qaeda.

It's hard for me to imagine that the U.S would allow Al Qaeda to mass at our borders at all. We wouldn't be waiting for one of our soldiers to get kidnapped before we attacked them IMO.
