I am trying to put my documents all together and I encountered 3 questions:

1-Is there any standard text for the affidavit you get from the people who know you?If anybody knows the place where I can get a sample please let me know.

2-In the instruction for filing I-751 they asked for finger print card ( form FD-258). Is this something you have to do yourself and send along with your application or you ave to apply and wait till they tell you to go for your finger print?

3-They asked for 2 passport size pictures. Is it for both applicant and sponsoring spouse or for applicant alone?

Any help will be appreciated.

There is no standard sample, it is whatever they write about knowing you and your relationship etc.

This is Biometrics.

2 passport pictures of the applicant alone. The sponser has nothing to do with this.

Any help will be appreciated.

I assume you're seeing that in the instructions and # 2 and #3 above are for the 'exception section on page 1 of the instructions....does it apply to you?

Those who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas and listed under Part 5 of the form, must submit the following items with Form I-751:

1. Two passport-style photos for applicants and dependents, regardless of age.

2. Two completed fingerprint cards (Form FD-258) for applicants and dependents between the ages of 14 and 79. You must indicate your Alien Registration Number (A#) on the fingerprint card and ensure that the completed cards are not bent, folded, or creased. The fingerprint cards must be prepared by a U.S. Embassy or U.S. consulate, USCIS Office, or U.S. Military installation.
