hey my fellow vjs,

i got married with my wife and she filled a divorced against me due to marital discord, the divorced paper have just been completed and i am looking forward in remarried. i am still on 2 yrs permanent resident, i have all the evidences to show that our marriages was based on good faith. Can i remarry while i am still in states? Can this affect me for my adjustment of status? please help.

Your divorce will affect the lifting of conditions. You already did that.

Getting remarried will not affect that. They can deport you whether you are married or not. If they decide against you, it will be "bon Voyage". Maybe you should get your unconditional card first and then involve other people in your mess.
