I had the same problem. I included screen prints (Shift + Print Screen, then paste into a photo editing program like Paint Shop Pro) the page showing the access numbers to dial, then another showing my account information for the card service then a few showing my payment history for the card.

I subscribe to a third party calling card service as well.... 2 as a matter of fact. One service sends me a monthly statement with my call summary and the other, I print from their website.

Hope this helps.

if your pin card provider NOT have online portal for online 'call detail records' retrieval

then

switch providers..

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Try a calling card that gives you a call log. We used (and still use for calling relatives and friends) the "continental card" from Pennyboss.com. Great rates and a complete call history, refill online, auto refills if you desire.

You can also use rebtel.com the phone history is on the internet and does show you the numbers you called. For $10 US dollars I have been able to use a lot of minutes. They assign you a phone number which you can call from your cell phone for the person you call frequently international. Just sign up on rebtel.com

The continental card that Gary mentioned sounds like a a great card. I wish I knew about that earlier as it has phone history. As on occassion I use a calling card from Gtelecom but its not able to give me the history.

I'm not sure if my service providers offer international rates other than the Philippines. Nonetheless, they are:

Owtel - Post paid (that's why i get a monthly statement)

G3Telecom - Pre-paid rechargable long distance service (you can recharge your account over the phone or online and they provide call history in their website)

BTW - does anybody here use MagicJack? I sent my fiancee one and we use this as our primary means of communication. But I'm not sure if you can use this as a proof of ongoing relationship since her number is a US number. The account is registered under her name though.

Hi sam singh,

I think you should save all the calling cards that you have used so far. Don't throw them away. Like others say. I would suggest you get a plan that shows calling history on your bill or their calling history.

Currently, I m using unlimitedindiacalling plan. Their website is http://unlimitedindiacalling.com/plans.php They provide you with online account, called numbers, and calling history. If you call like crazy like me, I would suggest you get this.

Also, there are other websites like Amantel.com, pidipompi.com, and ones mentioned by others.

I don't know if you have home phone, but if you do look into Vonage. They have a plan for 24.99 unlimited calls around the world, which includes calling India. The only thing is that you need internet.

Good luck!

I also used a calling card and I have been calling from my celphone. I didn't really sweat over this since it is fairly common now that people use calling cards to save $$ making international calls. I submitted my mobile billing statement and highlighted the 1-800 access numbers there as well as SMS. If they are in doubt, they can call that number to confirm that it's a calling card company. Explain how it works to them and you should be fine.

I use ClonCom. 3.8 cents a minute to a mobile phone in Russia. We talk on the phone about 3-4 times per day and about 1-2 hours total every day. I spend about $50 a month.

I used Amantel and they have been super awesome, they have emailed me all my records. Just a word of advice... if you are wanting to use this as proof for the immigration process... I would suggest that you send some snail mail to your spouse... from what I have gathered they look at that and not to much on the phone bills...
