I did use the report function and sent an email and a PM to you.

I have done the same and it is now 4 days. I hate to send another e mail and use the contact form yet again, but just wondering when my concerns are going to be addressed.

I just did a search in my inbox for your email and do not see anything from you. When did you send it? I want to make sure I find the email if I have missed it.

Yes you are right. I am just getting online as we speak (was sleeping before and also prior to that was not home last night). I will catch up and get back to all those.

Yeah the contact form logs things but I did not see it. I am going to be revising the contact form to include "issue tracking" so I can tell (and you) when a contact was replied by me and to be sure that it is marked "open" and "closed" once the issue is resolved. Members can also reference and pull up all their old issues sent via the contact form.
