Please Help with Part 5!

Hi guys,

I am filling the form and in Part 5 I suppose to write name, and then address of a child and immigration status, but I cannot fit everything there.

Should I write just half address and then rest on separate paper, or just write answer is on separate paper?

How did you do?

This is the way I filled in this part ( this is just me ) many will pipe in with differnt suggestion etc.

I listed My daughter ( USC ) her address in Florida and put USC as the status. Many say if the child is a USC you do not have to list. I listed our son still in colombia, my USC child and my 2 CR2 children and had no problem

Is the name of the child long or is it the adress?

I left part 5 blank, my son was born here in USA, only provided them my son birth certificate.

Also over there is written If in USA give an address and immigration status, so I will write answer is on separate sheet! I hope so I will not make mistake :-)

I was typing, and just wrote that answer is on separate sheet. By the way I just print form, and I see on the top is written OMB number and etc and it says expires 10/31/2009 aaaaaaaaaaaa

Is that how suppose to be? I mean there is no other form on USCIS.gov I just check..

HMM pretty sure you are good to go on your form. PS be sure not to file too early cause they will send it back

Thanks. My card expire on February 28, 2010 so I was thinking to send it in first week of December, hope that is ok :-)

Good to go as my boys expires on 3/1/2010 and I will send 1st or second week since it is 2 fees ( yikes ) so close to xmas. So if they ask what is for xmas I will say your 10 years GC
