Okie dokie, I am just a bit confused and has searched the site and couldn't find the answer (maybe I wasn't looking in the right spot) .

I have just photocopied all letters, plane tickets, reciepts and proof that me and Kevin have met, to send to him to attach to his petition. So do I send the originals over to him in the US incase they send him a RFE, or just the photocopied ones, cause won't I need the originals for when I go to my interview here in Australia????

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Also..........

Does he have to send the AOS when he sends the I-129F?

Hi tristessa,

My Fiancee sent the copies of bus and plane tickets, also copies of each other's phone bills, two copies of mail receipts, first and last letters to sent each other, copy of hotel receipts, and she sent 6 original pics of our vacation while we were in Turkey and three emails, and we wrote two letters that said we will marry in 90 days.also My Fiancee wrote a 1 page latter it stated how we met in person. the most important thing is to you need to show them that you met your Fiance(e)

in last two years. I said to my Fiancee is add more emails and more of all stuff but she said just couple of pieces of all items would be good. in first stage They all want to know did you met your alien Fiancee, thats it.

My Fiancee will send the original ones when I go to interview.

Which service center your Fiance will send the application? Ours is Nebraska, they say they dont process K-1 Petitions anymore. its 11 days and stillw aiting for NOA1

I hope this info would help

Hi, he needs to send u all the original copies of the documents he submit for I-129F before your interview, bcos they will asked for you to show it.

Whenever you get approve in your interview and received visa and fly to US, get married within 90 days of stay in US, then thats the time for both of you to submit your AOS, its an adjusment of status from being K1 visa holder to permanent residency.

hope it helps.

tristessa,

The acronym 'AOS' is most often used to mean adjustment of status. rebelheart has answered your question in that regard.

If you are talking about an affidavit of support, the answer is still no.
