Mother Visa (B-2) and Brother (F-1) USA visit

Hi,

I am on H1-B Visa.My Brother is coming to The United Stated for his masters studies. He has his F-1 B Visa. Also, My mother has plans to visit the US .She plans to travel along with my brother . She has a visitor's visa. Would they have any problems or issues at the port of entry . My mother is a widow. Please help me out with this concern of mine.

Entrance into the US is dependent upon the CBP at the time of entry. No one knows what that will be like for your family

While nobody can predict what is going to happen at an event in the future, I don't see any problems if both your brother and your mother have current visas.
