Will be my first thanksgiving. Hubby is working till 7am Thanksgiving morning. Gonna try roasting the turkey (stuffed with onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, lemon, salt and pepper) then will try making my MIL's cornbread dressing. Also some corn (per my daughter's request) and jellied cranberry. Some apple pie (hubby doesn't like pumpkin pie) topped with either whipped cream or ice cream. Will have these late afternoon then wait for the snow flurries to come in :)

Here’s hoping that everybody had, or is having, or will have, an enjoyable Thanksgiving dinner. Then, I urge you to shop wisely and responsibly on Black Friday!

Our Thanksgiving dinner is just over and the last of the Coronas is gone. The turkey was very savory today; thanks to the lemon grass (Pilar calls it tanglad) that was stuffed inside. The Mexican and Filipino dishes were delightful too. So, till November 25, 2010 for another turkey day! Have a good Black Friday, everyone!

Turkey, stuffing, cranberry, green beans, mashed potato, yam, pumpkin pie, cherry pie, Martinelli apple cider, soda.

We're eating thanksgiving left-overs for the next two weeks!!!

I'm still deciding if I want to join the Black Friday crowd but the prices are too good to pass up.

Hope all of you had a good Thanksgiving!
