hi everyone... i am new here....

first off here is my situation:

i am an indian by birth.... my aunt(dad's sister) is a US citizen and submitted a petition i-130 for my dad on Oct 25, 2002.

We recieved the NOA2, approval notice on Oct 17, 2008 with priority date Oct 21, 2002. The current priority date is Jun99 at NVC. So i think i will benefit under the CSPA and get a immigrant visa under this rule...

But i called recently on the NVC helpline no and through the automated system found that NVC has no record of our case. Its been more than a year now and still NVC has no record of the case.

Now wat should i do?

And if anyone knows please let me know,,,

Wat is the basis of the NVC processing??

I mean do they process files in the order that they recieved them or according to the priority dates...?? because if somehow due to some reason if our file has not been with NVC since a year will it be causing any delays for the Visa availability date??

thanx a lot in advance...
