Section 8 works a little differently around here. You get a voucher and you look for a landlord that will accept that voucher. It's hard to get a landlord to accept Section 8 in the more expensive neighborhoods, because they don't pay the going rate for rent.

However, sometimes it does happen, I personally know a few section 8 families that live around me, however the houses aren't in as good shape and I assume that's why the landlords accepted it.

I have to admit that the section 8 tenants who young females probably 23 year+ are hot. Poor people are sexier than rich. Well, depends on how you perceive. But, I see more hot women from section 8 places than from the wealthier part of the city.

Well the truth is Libs are Hypocritical when it comes to housing in general.

As I have watched the "White Flight" patters up close, it is hard not to notice nearly all whites flee the neighborhoods as the demographics hit a tipping point.

In fact Libs claim to love the Poor folks and diverse neighborhoods but rather than seek out these areas to move... which would have plenty of both.... they don't; EVEN THOUGH THE PRICES ARE 25 TO 50 PERCENT LESS!

And we are talking about the same types of houses they eventually do buy...not the Hood.

Fact is, when the Demographics hit a tipping point, the libs bail out.
