We just got a case complete yesterday on December 4, 2009! I really hope we can get a January interview assigned, but based on the dates of everyone else, we might barely make a January interview, maybe on the 30th or 31st =P...

OUR TIMELINE:

PRE-USCIS PROCESS:

07/22/2009 - finally MARRIED!

USCIS JOURNEY:

09/01/2009 - I-130 mailed

09/03/2009 - received by USCIS

09/09/2009 - NOA1! Check cashed, case assigned to CSC ^.^

09/11/2009 - TOUCHED!

09/14/2009 - received NOA1 hardcopy

09/30/2009 - NOA2!

10/05/2009 - received NOA2 hardcopy

NVC JOURNEY:

10/14/2009 - NVC case number assigned

10/15/2009 - contacted NVC to attach email address to case

10/20/2009 - received DS-3032 and AoS bill via email

10/20/2009 - AoS fee paid online

10/21/2009 - DS-3032 emailed by wife; AoS fee cleared

10/28/2009 - I-864EZ packet mailed

11/03/2009 - received by NVC

11/12/2009 - Choice of Agent acknowledged

11/13/2009 - IV fee bill paid

11/18/2009 - DS-230 packet mailed

11/25/2009 - all documents received by NVC

12/04/2009 - CEAC Sign In FAIL, AVR says "CASE COMPLETE!!" Whew!

12/14/2009 - Appointment letter received! INTERVIEW DATE: 01/12/2010!

12/21/2009 - Case forwarded to USEM

USEM JOURNEY:

01/12/2010 - Interview...VISA APPROVED!

01/14/2010 - Visa and sealed envelope delivered

02/01/2010 - POE: SFO ^.^

]Wow, congratulations to all the cases complete and interviews! How exciting to see everybody moving along.

We're scheduled for 8:15 a.m. (eastern US time) Monday morning. Everything seems to be in place, so here's hoping. :yes:

My husband will probably not take too many notes, because he'll be super nervous, but as soon as he's done shaking, I'll try and wring as many details out of him as I can.

I do know that the medical was far less intense than we had expected, so I'm hoping the interview is the same.

There's not much to be nervous about at this point. If we don't have everything in order by now, we never will.

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

just called in today and operator gave me the interview date i cant believe thanks ALLAH it was so fast in four days i get case completed and interview date on jan 07 good luck to all

I just ran into a phillipinese girl here in the laundry room. She was humble and nice...I guess she has been here for almost 10 years now and she was talking about her migration from phil to Chicago..She came here in a spouse visa too....

Wish you have successfull interview etc..

i'm happy when everybody is happy, i'm sad when everyone is sad...I totally understand how everyone goes through this process...and I'm ready to be with my hubby again and thanks for your wishes...likewise..have an easy and smooth interview..
