HI THERE... our case completed november 16, 2009...late for dec. interview. SO i expect to be schedule this 2nd week of december for JANUARY INTERVIEW...

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

i keep calling nvc for the sched...?(lol) :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: although i know that they going to set sched this coming dec... im getting crazy....but its ok... i know im not alone while waiting,,,

My case complete is November 19 too.!!! God bless YOu, all here !!!! Lets go for a January interview!!

good luck to all of us....nvc operator wont give exact date for scheduling...they always said try to call 2nd or third week of dec... :whistle: :whistle: :whistle:

November 16, 2009: Sign-in Failed!!
November 16, 2009: December interviews already scheduled. Operator told me to wait for a possible January interview date. Call back in the 2nd week of December
November 30, 2009: Been trying to call NVC but line busy since late after noon. Finally, got email appointment letter from NVC with the Interview date of January 19, 2010. Yeppe Alhamdulillah>
December 24, 2009: Medical Done and report recieved the same day.
January 11, 2010: Medical submitted at VFS. They asked for: Copy of Packet 3, Appointment letter, and Passport. They told her to take a copy of I-864 and the documents submitted with it, at the time of interview with other proof of relationship documents.
January 19, 2010: VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 21, 2010: Visa recieved in mail (Package included passport with visa stamped, sealed big brown envelop to be submitted at POE immigration at the airport, and instructions to apply for SS Card)

USA
February 07, 2010: POE Chicago --> Very easy, within 45 minutes
March 02, 2010: SS Card recieved in mail. Welcome letter recieved in mail as well
March 13, 2010: GC Recieved in mail

January 29, 2015: N-400 Application submitted

I am in..

BTW we had parallel K3 processing with CR1 and it finally made it there to the embassy. Last week US embassy called and wanted my wife to come deal with the next steps. Since our CR1 is completed and we talked and decided not to pursue K3. Do I have to let US Embassy know that we are dropping K3?

My wife was concerned that if we don't inform them, if they would create issues while in CR1 interview...

2009-10-15 -> Received/Paid I-864 Bill

2009-10-19 -> Send I-864 Packet

2009-10-28 -> Receive/Pay IV Bill Pay

2009-10-29 -> Send DS-230 (Overnight)

2009-10-30 -> NVC Received (DS-230) 11:00 AM

2009-11-03 -> NVC Entered DS-230 in system.

2009-11-09 -> Received email requesting DS-230....

2009-11-12 -> Log in to Consular Electronic App Center failed!!

2009-11-13 -> Case complete

2010-01-12 -> Rescheduled from [2010-01-25] Interview [Approved]

2010-01-14 -> Pick up passport.

i knooooooooooow right

i am trying my hardest not to let it bother me

but i just want to hear a date, i'm so close and i am so thirsty for the date to put things in perspective, lol

and the things is i KNOW once i hear the date i'm gonna be running around like a headless chicken trying to prepare

we have a two week wait before we hear anything about interview dates and those two weeks feel like they are gonna be an eternity

I864 delivered November 2nd.....nvc logged it on November 5th

DS230 delivered November 6th.....nvc logged it on November 12th

I don't think they would create any issue. But since they called, I think you should let US Embassy know that you no longer want to go farther with K3 processing since your CR1 is completed.

Normally, NVC set an interview date every 2nd week or 3rd week of the month... be patient, besides december is fast approaching... goodluck to all... may you all get your interview date SOON... :thumbs:
