Hy all

If my wife is submitting the form I-864 (affidavit of support), she has to notarize that? What about the affidavit from a householder (I-864A)?

Regarding I-864A at question 11 (Federal income tax information)

It's ok if the householder attach the photocopy of her Federal tax FOR ONLY THE MOST RECENT TAX YEAR? cuz she doesn't have the rest of the period (the second and third most recent tax year). Can that be an issue? Can my wife take an RFE if she cannot show the second & third recent tax year?

Any information will be greatly appreciated!!

The forms do not need to be notarized.

Thanks for the answer!
